Returns
All the products available at Bonncart are NON-RETURNABLE due to its perishability and food shelf life.
However, if the Products are delivered in damaged condition, expired or wrong are eligible for returns and can be exchanged or refunded if it is informed within 2 days of delivery.
Cancellation
Customers are allowed to cancel orders after placing. However, Once the order is processed, customer cannot cancel the order.
Refunds
Refund will be processed within 2-3 business days from the cancellation of order OR within 2-3 business days after receiving the return.
If the courier is unable to deliver the order to customer's address, refund will be processed immediately.
